Skip the Depot
The Calgary Fiddlers Association is very excited to let you know about our new fundraising initiative! We have teamed up with Skip the Depot (door to door bottle collection) which will allow us to fundraise throughout the year in a simple and painless way. 100% of your bottle and can returns will be donated to the Calgary Fiddlers Association (CFA). Donations over $30 will receive a tax receipt. Please hang onto your bottles this summer.
There are two options to get started:

Sign up for pickups by entering your information. You will now be affiliated with the Calgary Fiddlers Association!
Option 2: Download the Skip the Depot App and create an account or sign into an existing one.
Schedule your pick up by entering your address, date and any donation preferences. Use the directions / comments section to give specific instructions for the driver (Example: Call this number when arriving, Bags are alongside fence, etc.).
Once you schedule a pick up and before you submit your order your will be prompted as follows: Would you like to donate. Click on the Organization drop down menu. When the search icon is displayed type in: The Calgary Fidders Association. Once it appears, select it. Then you may proceed with submitting your pickup.
Please note that you may schedule a pickup at your home or business. You can also set up regular pickups at a frequency that fits your needs. The funds will be deposited to the CFA account right after the bottles have been collected & counted. The amount you have donated is posted to your account.
On the scheduled day of your pickup, place your bags outside in a secure location by 8am. The driver will pick up your bags between 8am and 5pm, label them, and take them to our counting facility. Once counted the CFA account will be updated with the new balance and counts.
